La présente invention concerne un élément d'emballage comprenant un mécanisme de dosage hermétiquement fermé, dont le corps se présente sous forme d'une pièce unique (10) injectée en matière plastique, comportant deux parties concentriques, une partie interne qui constitue le récipient cupuliforme contenant le produit (11) et une partie externe qui constitue une jupe de fini optionnel (12), les deux parties ayant leurs extrémités supérieures reliées entre elles par une paroi horizontale (13) au-dessus de laquelle sortent verticalement deux bagues concentriques (14) et (15) qui constituent un couplage hermétique pour un dispositif se présentant sous forme d'un disque tournant (16) qui tourne dans une seule direction et toujours dans le même plan relativement au corps principal (10) et dont la partie externe du disque tournant (16) peut recevoir un surbouchon optionnel (17) alors que sa partie interne comporte des détails de construction intégrés à l'ensemble d'un mécanisme (18) de valve de dosage à protection intégrée et un mécanisme d'actionnement (19) pour un piston (20) qui, par sa rotation, est placé initialement (conditionnement complet) en même temps que le fond (21) du récipient cupuliforme (11) contenant le produit (P).
