The present invention relates to a packaging machine for producing tubular bags, in particular to a horizontal bag-forming machine comprising a packaging material supply unit (6), a product supply unit (7) and a folding, sealing and separating unit (8) for folding the packaging material (F) into a tube, sealing the folded packaging material (F) transversely and in a parallel direction with respect to the direction of conveyance of the packaging material (F) and for dividing said packaging material (F) into individual tubular bags (B). The present invention also relates to a tear-open assistance unit (5) installed in the direction of conveyance between the material supply unit (6) and the folding, sealing and separating unit (8). The tear-open assistance unit (5) includes first means for preparing a material overlap in a dividing area, the material overlap extending at least approximately in a transverse direction with respect to the direction of conveyance of the packaging material, and second means for detachably fixing the material overlap in the dividing area. The tubular bags produced in this manner are easy to open yet still fulfil stringent hygiene regulations.
L'invention concerne une machine d'emballage pour produire des sachets tubulaires, notamment une machine à sachets tubulaires horizontale, qui présente une unité d'alimentation en matériau d'emballage (6), une unité d'alimentation en produits (7) et une unité de pliage, scellage et de séparation (8) pour plier le matériau d'emballage (F) en un flexible, pour sceller le matériau d'emballage (F) plié, transversalement et parallèlement au sens d'acheminement du matériau d'emballage (F) et pour séparer le matériau d'emballage (F) en sachets tubulaires (B) individuels. L'invention concerne également une unité auxiliaire d'alignement (5) qui est montée entre l'unité d'alimentation en produits (6) et l'unité de pliage, scellage et séparation (8). Ladite unité auxiliaire d'alignement comprend de premiers moyens pour préparer un chevauchement de matériau dans la zone de séparation, le chevauchement de matériau s'étendant au moins approximativement transversalement au sens d'acheminement du matériau d'emballage, ainsi que de seconds moyens de fixation amovible du chevauchement de matériau dans la zone de séparation. Les sachets tubulaires ainsi obtenus sont aisés à ouvrir, tout en satisfaisant toutefois à des normes d'hygiène élevées.
