A packaging material comprises a continuous strand of crumpled sheet of roll stock media uncoated or coated with an adhesive and adhesive/co-hesive combination and/or cold seal adhesive on one side. An apparatus and method of production by manually pulling the media off the roll stock and passing it through corrugated guides directly into the packaging all in an apparatus that is inexpensive, portable and easily used and serviced by unskilled labour.
