Each page of a pad delimits a central zone forming a hole through the page. Each page is a combination calendar and memo or note page and further delimits zones indicating the date of the month and the day of the week. A backing supports the pad and bears an image, the central portion of which is visible through the registering page holes. The remaining surrounding portion of the image becomes visible after removal of the last page. The backing forms a box enclosing a clock mechanism; the box cover has a central bore for the passage of the clock shafts and a clock facing printed on the box cover and visible through the registering page holes together with the clock hands protruding into said page holes. The box bottom has a transverse hinge and its lower section is pivoted rearwardly to form a box upstanding leg.
