A plastic lid for a pail. The lid has a substantially planar central section and a peripheral channel. The channel fits over the pail to effect closure thereof. The central section is spaced from the channel by a groove and a ridge, each of which extend around the lid juxtaposed to the channel, with the groove being adjacent to the channel. The pail is intended for transportation of goods.

La présente invention porte sur un couvercle de plastique pour chaudière. Le couvercle se compose d'une section centrale essentiellement plate et d'une gorge périphérique. La gorge s'ajuste au-dessus de la chaudière pour assurer sa fermeture. La section centrale est séparée de la gorge par une cannelure et un cordon qui délimitent le pourtour du couvercle, à l'endroit où se trouve la gorge, la cannelure étant en fait adjacente à la gorge. La chaudière en question est destinée au transport de diverses denrées.
