Portable device for relief of pain and contractures and skin rejuvenation comprising a head (10) for applying electric current pulses to the skin of a user and a handle (16) held by the user's hand. The head has the shape of a cylinder portion of which the generatrix has a convex shape, the head having at least one electrode (22, 24) situated on its external surface or at a constant distance from said external surface and of which at least one portion is situated on each generatrix of the cylinder part susceptible to be in contact with the user's skin. Thus, the head is always in contact with the user's skin by one of the generatrics lines of the cylinder portion comprising an electrode portion independently of the inclination of the head with respect to the user's skin.

Dispositif portatif de soulagement des douleurs et con-tractures et de régénérescence cutanée comprenant une tête d'application d'impulsions de courant électrique (10) sur la peau d'un utilisateur et une poignée (16) tenue dans la main de l'utilisateur. La tête a la forme d'une portion de cylindre dont la directrice est de forme convexe et comprend au moins une électrode (22, 24) se trouvant à sa surface extérieure ou à une distance constante de cette surface extérieure et dont au moins une portion se trouve située sur chaque génératrice de la portion de cylindre susceptible d'être en contact avec la peau de l'utilisateur. Ainsi, la tête est toujours en contact avec la peau de l'utilisateur par une des génératrices de la portion de cylindre comportant une portion d'électrode quelle que soit l'inclinaison de la tête par rapport à la peau de l'utilisateur.
