A paint applicator for use in spreading paint over a surface. The paint applicator includes a roller assembly (20), tubing (24), and a pump assembly (22). The roller assembly (20) has a handle portion (27) that is suitable for holding by a user, an arm portion (30) extending from the handle portion (27), and a roller core (32) removably attachable to the arm portion (30) for rotation with respect to the arm portion (30). The roller core (30) is adapted to receive a paint applicator (82) thereover. The tubing (24) has a central passage extending therethrough. The pump assembly (22) conveys paint through the tubing (24) to the roller assembly (20). A method and a corner paint applicator are further included.
