An arm of a coating robot is used to prevent external leakage of a high voltage. A tank 25 is installed on a robotic arm 1 and contains water as an actuating liquid. The water is supplied to a paint cartridge 4 by a pump 24 controlled by a controller 40. The water sent from the pump 24 under pressure is supplied to the paint cartridge 4 by a conduit tube 12. A high voltage generator 45 and a bleeder resistor 46 are combined with the tank 25 such that a high voltage generated by the high voltage generator 45 is supplied to the electrostatic paint applicator 2 via the water. For replenishment of water to the tank 25 is attained by relatively connecting a nozzle 32 in communication with a water source 34 to a main pipe 23. While the high voltage generator 45 generates a high voltage, the nozzle 32 and the main pipe 23 are kept disconnected to maintain electrical insulation between the nozzle 32 and the main pipe 23.
La présente invention se rapporte à l'interruption de la fuite d'une tension élevée vers l'extérieur grâce à un bras d'un robot de peinture. Un réservoir (25) est monté sur le bras de robot (1). Le réservoir (25) est rempli d'eau à utiliser comme liquide de fonctionnement. L'eau est acheminée vers une cartouche de peinture (4) grâce à une pompe (24) commandée par un dispositif de commande (40). L'eau éjectée de la pompe (24) sous pression est acheminée vers la cartouche de peinture (4) grâce à un tube d'acheminement d'eau (12). Un générateur haute tension (45) et une résistance fertile (46) sont disposés sur le réservoir (25). La tension élevée générée dans le générateur haute tension (45) est acheminée vers un dispositif de peinture électrostatique (2) via l'eau. Une buse (32) communiquant avec une source (34) d'eau (un liquide de fonctionnement) est relativement raccordée à un tuyau principal (23) de manière à réapprovisionner le réservoir (25) en eau. Pendant la génération de la tension élevée par le générateur haute tension (45), la buse (32) et le tuyau principal (23) sont séparés l'un de l'autre et une isolation électrique entre la buse (32) et le tuyau principal (23) est maintenue.
