The present invention relates to a novel pallet design to hold and transport products from the point of manufacture to the point of sale. The advantage of this pallet design is that it provides the necessary means for coupling at each corner, a vertical profile which in turn is attached by an upper frame, because of which there is no need to change the product from the pallet in the trajectory from the factory to the point of sale, since the fixing of vertical profiles to the pallet together with the upper frame provide the product with the security and necessary firmness for the transportation of the same. One of the most important pieces of the present invention are the corner lugs, which are disposed in each of the corners of the pallet, and an angular cut which works together with a fastening sleeve coupled to the corner lug so as to form a hollow space of the required size to receive vertical profiles and keep them firm and strong during the whole trajectory of the product. There are also other lugs in a preferred embodiment of the invention which are disposed in a cross shape and their function along with the corner lugs is to support the weight of the product and provide firmness to the structure of the pallet. One of the advantages of the lugs is that in an embodiment of the invention they may be manufactured from recycled materials such as used tires.
La présente invention concerne une conception innovante de palette conçue pour contenir et transporter divers produits depuis le point de fabrication jusqu'au point de vente. L'avantage offert par cette conception de palette est qu'elle présente les moyens nécessaires pour accoupler, à chacun des angles, un profilé vertical, lesquels profilés se trouvent à leur tour réunis par un cadre supérieur, de sorte qu'il n'est ainsi aucunement nécessaire de changer le produit de palette lors du trajet de l'usine au point de vente, étant donné que la fixation des profilés verticaux à la palette, conjointement avec le cadre supérieur, assurent au produit la sécurité et la fermeté nécessaire pour le transport dudit produit. Une des parties les plus importantes de la présente invention sont les plots d'angle qui sont disposés à chacun des angles de la palette et qui présentent une coupe angulaire, laquelle fonctionne conjointement avec une enveloppe de fixation qui se trouve accouplée au plot d'angle pour former un creux de taille nécessaire pour recevoir les profilés verticaux et les maintenir de manière solide et forte tout au long du trajet du produit. Il existe également d'autres plots qui, dans un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, sont disposés en forme de croix et dont la fonction, conjointement avec les plots d'angle, est de supporter le poids du produit et de donner de la solidité à la structure de la palette. Un des avantages des plots est que dans un mode de réalisation de l'invention ils peuvent être fabriqués en matériaux recyclés tels que des jantes usées.
