The present invention relates to retail merchandising apparatus for use with a pallet stackable with merchandise items arranged in multiple layers thereon to form a loaded pallet. The retail merchandising apparatus (40) includes pallet support means (50) for bearing the loaded pallet (48) and lifting means (52) operatively connected to the pallet support means for selectively moving the pallet support means between a lowered position and a raised position relative to a floor. An open-topped housing (60) accommodates the pallet support means and the lifting means mounted therein. The housing has a plurality of upstanding housing walls (70, 72, 74, 76). The retail merchandising apparatus further includes display means (62) associated with the housing for placing a promotional message within view of a customer. When bearing a loaded pallet, the pallet support means is selectively positionable within the housing such that a selected portion of the merchandise items carried an the loaded pallet protrudes at least partially from the top of the housing within view of the customer.
La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil de vente au détail que l'on utilise avec une palette empilable à articles de type marchandises disposés en multiples couches afin de former une palette chargée. L'appareil de vente au détail (40) comporte des moyens de support de palette (50) permettant de supporter la palette chargée (48) et des moyens d'élévation (52) connectés de manière opérationnelle aux moyens de support de palette afin de déplacer sélectivement les moyens de support de palette entre une position abaissée et une position élevée par rapport au sol. Un boîtier à partie supérieure ouverte (60) renferme les moyens de support de palette et les moyens d'élévation montés à l'intérieur. Le boîtier présente une pluralité de parois verticales (70, 72, 74, 76). L'appareil de vente au détail comporte également des moyens d'affichage (62) associés au boîtier en vue de la mise en place d'un message promotionnel qui peut être vu par un client. Lors du port d'une palette chargée, les moyens de support de palette sont sélectivement placés dans le boîtier de manière que la partie sélectionnée des articles de marchandises portés dans la palette chargée fasse saillie au moins partiellement depuis la partie supérieure du boîtier et soit visible pour le client.
