ABSTRACT PALLETISED CONTAINERS AND PALLETS THEREFOR A pallet for a container or case comprises a rectangular base having flaps (28) extending from two opposed sides thereof, and a plurality of stiffening means (24,32) extending across the base, with the base being foldable about a line extending across the base, preferably centrally, between the two sides which have the flaps. This folding facilitates the fitting of the pallet to a container (10) by interfitting of the container. Other pallets, which are free-standing, are also described. (Fig. 4).
