ABSTRACT A palm supporting device is disclosed in which there is provided an adjustable palm supporting surface mountable in adjacency to a work surface. The surface, being contoured in a position favorable to the muscoskeletal system of the user, may be altered in attitude with respect to the work surface to prevent repetitive strain injuries experienced by those working for prolonged periods on a computer keyboard or other such devices.
