The invention concerns the use of a recombinant nucleotide sequence containing a DNAc coding for an element of the pancreatic lipase-colipase complex of mammals or for a derived protein or polypeptide, and the elements enabling a plant cell to produce this element, or the derived protein or polypeptide, coded for by said DNAc, in particular a promoter and a terminator of transcription identified by the transcriptional machinery of plant cells, for transforming plant cells in order to obtain, from these cells, or from the plants obtained from the latter, a recombinant element of the pancreatic lipase-colipase complex of mammals, or of a derived protein or polypeptide.
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'une séquence nucléotidique recombinante contenant, d'une part, un ADNc codant pour un élément du complexe lipase pancréatique-colipase de mammifères ou pour une protéine ou un polypeptide dérivé, et d'autre part, les éléments permettant à une cellule végétale de produire cet élément, ou la protéine ou le polypeptide dérivé, codé par ledit ADNc, notamment un promoteur et un terminateur de transcription reconnus par la machinerie transcriptionelle des cellules végétales, pour la transformation de cellules de plantes en vue de l'obtention, à partir de ces cellules, ou de plantes obtenues à partir de ces dernières, d'un élément recombinant du complexe lipase pancréatique-colipase de mammifères, ou d'une protéine ou polypeptide dérivé.
