It is comprised of a base (1) provided with wheels (2) for sliding on rails (3), on which base is adjustably mounted as regards inclination a frame including two side plates (4) on which are established two idler rollers (18) for a laminar body (17) carrying different messages, and two further rollers (21) for winding/unwinding the said laminar body (17) which are operated by respecified electric engines (22-22'), and which, duly controlled by a computer program, allow the messages displayed on the panel to be changed after a specified length of time.
