ABSTRACT A side pannier carrier arrangement incorporates a frame (2) that can be suspended on the frame (3) of a rear-wheel luggage rack (1) of a bicycle with the help of two hooks that are located at the upper end. The side pannier carrier arrangement also includes a supporting device (31) that is clamped on the supporting arms (7, 8, 9) of the rear-wheel luggage rack and by means of which a latch system (32) is supported so as to be rotatable in order to secure a holding strut (28) of the frame (2) relative to the supporting arm (7, 8, 9) of the rear-wheel luggage rack (1).
