ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A pantographic windscreen wiper includes a windscreen-wiper blade, a main pivoting arm having a first end connected to and fast for rotation with a motor-driven shaft and a second end articulated to the blade about a first pin, and a secondary pivoting arm with a first end connected rotatably to a fixed shaft adjacent the motor-driven shaft and a second end articulated to the blade about a second pin adjacent the first pin. The first and second pins are on the windscreen-wiper blade and are aligned along its length. The first end of the secondary arm is arcuate and has a spherical recess which snap-engages a spherical head carried by the fixed shaft.
