90001-9/RDF/fs Abstract There is described a pants securing means, particularly suitable for use with jeans, in which a padlock shackle receiving staple is secured to an inner fly flap of the pants at the waistband. A button-hole is provided in the outer fly flap of the waistband and passes the shackle so that a padlock may be secured to the shackle to lock the waistband. In a second embodiment a hasp is secured adjacent the extreme edge of the outer fly flap and is hingedly connected so that is can be bent into cooperating position with the button-hole to pass the staple into padlock engaging position. A padlock key may be provided on a chain secured to a belt loop on the waistband so as to be available to unlock the padlock.
