L'invention concerne un matériau composite à base de papier, comportant un revêtement adhésif résistant à la désintégration, comprenant un support de papier et une couche d'adhésif. Ledit matériau composite est caractérisé en ce qu'une couche intermédiaire composée d'un film polymère de dispersion contenant un colloïde protecteur et un émulsifiant, présentant une température de transition vitreuse Tg comprise entre -20 ·C et +40·, est appliquée entre le support de papier et la couche d'adhésif. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'un matériau composite à base de papier, comportant un revêtement adhésif résistant à la désintégration.
