The Paper Cup Clipper is a device that will cut the rim of a paper cup so you can roll up the rim of the cup to reveal a prize offered in promotion or contest . The idea is to make it easier for people to see if they have won a prize . This product would be aimed at people who have difficulties rolling up the rim because of weak fingers due to age or medical reasons . By simply cutting the rim in two places a short distance apart less force would be needed to unfold the rim to reveal the prize . I hope this explains the nature of this product a little better .
