The invention relates to a paper sizing agent comprising a stable aqueous dispersion of a reactive sizing agent, 5 to 100 % by weight, with regard to the reactive sizing agent, of an essentially linear nitrogen-containing polymer with at least 3 mmol/g of basic nitrogen atoms, and 1 to 50 % by weight of cationic starch with a degree of substitution of at least 0.05. The paper sizing agent exhibits a good sizing effect and has a constant viscosity.

L'invention concerne un agent d'encollage pour papier, comprenant une dispersion aqueuse stable d'un agent d'encollage réactif, entre 5 et 100% en poids, par rapport à l'agent d'encollage réactif, d'un polymère essentiellement linéaire à base d'azote, qui comporte au moins 3 mmole/g d'atomes d'azote basiques, ainsi qu'entre 1 et 50% en poids d'amidon cationique à degré de substitution d'au moins 0,05. L'agent d'encollage pour papier présente un bon effet d'encollage et est stable en viscosité.
