A paper slipper is made of a sheet of paper having tough property, cut to have an upper portion, a sole portion. a vamp portion connected with the upper portion at one side and with the sole portion at the other side. A folding portion having two folding lines is respec- tively provided between itself and the upper portion and the sole portion, permitting the upper portion and the sole portion folded on each other and glued with each other by heating. Then a slipper is formed with the vamp portion on the upper portion.
