The invention relates to a resin impregnated paper substrate with crystalline triazine, preferable vapor deposited triazine. The crystalline triazine preferably is present in an amount of about 5 g/m2 or higher and about 100 g/m2 or lower. The invention further relates to a process for making a laminate comprising at least one cured layer of amine-formaldehyde resin and a paper, wherein a resin impregnated paper with vapor deposited triazine is submitted with one or more other layers to pressure and/or sufficient temperature to cure the resin and at least part of the triazine.
L'invention concerne un substrat papier imprégné de résine comprenant de la triazine cristalline, de préférence de la triazine déposée en phase vapeur. La triazine cristalline est de préférence présente en une quantité supérieure ou égale à environ 5 g/m2 et inférieure ou égale à environ 100 g/m2. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un procédé de fabrication d'un stratifié comprenant au moins une couche durcie de résine amine-formaldéhyde et un papier, un papier imprégné de résine avec de la triazine déposée en phase vapeur étant soumis avec une ou plusieurs autres couches à une pression et/ou une température suffisante pour durcir la résine et au moins une partie de la triazine.
