A paper tissue and products made from paper tissue, such as paper handkerchiefs, facial tissues, bath and cosmetic tissues, paper tissue wipes of any kinds and the like. The invention describes both the process for making a smooth and absorbent lotioned paper tissue, with high transferability of the lotion. The process steps comprises the steps of (a) providing a paper tissue web continuously moving next to a lotion application unit comprising at least one rotating surface, (b) transferring said lotion onto one rotating surface,'(c) expulsing said lotion from the said rotating surface into a stream of lotion droplets, by primarily the centrifugal force of the rotation of said rotating surface, (d) intercepting said paper tissue with said stream of lotion droplets. The invention also describes a paper tissue comprising a lotion distributed as discrete deposits on its surface. The deposits have a high local concentration of lotion and cover a relatively small area of the tissue.
L'invention concerne un papier-mouchoir et des produits fabriqués à partir de ce papier-mouchoir, tels que des mouchoirs en papier, des serviettes pour le visage, des serviettes de bains ou cosmétiques, des tampons en papier en tous genres ou similaires. L'invention décrit le processus de fabrication d'un papier-mouchoir lisse et absorbant comprenant une lotion, avec une capacité améliorée de transfert de la lotion. Le processus comprend les stades suivants (a) alimenter un papier-mouchoir se déplaçant en continu vers une unité d'application de lotion qui comprend au moins une surface rotative, (b) transférer ladite lotion à la surface de rotation, (c) éjecter ladite lotion depuis ladite surface rotative vers un flux de gouttelettes de lotion, en premier lieu sous l'effet de la force centrifuge de rotation de ladite surface rotative, et (d) intercepter ledit papier-mouchoir avec ledit flux de gouttelettes de lotion. L'invention concerne également un papier-mouchoir comprenant une lotion distribuée à sa surface sous forme de dépôts discrets. Les dépôts possèdent une concentration locale élevée de lotion et ne recouvrent qu'une petite partie du papier-mouchoir.
