A reel-up (1) comprising a surface winding drum (4); two rails (5) to support a reeling drum (7); and secondary carriages (17) movable linearly along the rails (5) and provided with press devices (19) disposed on the secondary carriages (17) to press against the reeling drum (7) in to maintain a predetermined linear pressure in the nip between the surface winding drum (4) and the paper reel (6) as it increases in size. According to the invention each secondary carriage (17) comprises an actuator (41) arranged to press the press device (19) against the reeling drum (7) with a predetermined force order to control the linear pressure at each set position of the secondary carriage (17) without influence from the actuator (18) which sets the secondary carriage (17) depending on the growth of the paper reel (6).
Bobineuse (1) comprenant un cylindre d'enroulement (4); deux glissières (5) supportant un cylindre de bobinage (7); ainsi que des chariots secondaires (17) se déplaçant de façon linéaire le long des glissières (5) et pourvus de dispositifs de compression (19), disposés sur les chariots secondaires (17), qui se pressent contre le cylindre de bobinage (7) afin de maintenir une pression linéaire prédéterminée au niveau du pincement entre le cylindre d'enroulement (4) et le rouleau de papier (6) alors que la taille du rouleau augmente. Selon l'invention, chaque chariot secondaire (17) comprend un actionneur (41) agencé de façon à presser le dispositif de compression (19) contre le cylindre de bobinage (7) avec une force prédéterminée afin de réguler la pression linéaire à chaque position réglée du chariot secondaire (17) sans qu'il soit influencé par l'actionneur (18) qui règle le chariot secondaire (17) en fonction de l'accumulation de papier sur le rouleau (6).
