The present invention relates to compounds of the general formula (I), their preparation and use as pharmaceutical compositions asintegrin antagonists, especially as .alpha.4.beta. and/or .alpha.4.beta.7 and/or .alpha.9.beta.1 intergrin antagonists and in particular for the production of pharmaceutical compositions suitable for the inhibition or the prevention of cell adhesion and cell-adhesion mediated disorders. Examples are the treatment and the prophylaxis of atherosclerosis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), allergies, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, myocardial ischemia, rheumatoid arthritis, transplant rejection and other inflammatory, autoimmune and immune disorders.
La présente invention se rapporte à des composés représentés par la formule générale (I), à leur préparation et à leur utilisation dans des compositions pharmaceutiques en tant qu'antagonistes des intégrines, particulièrement en tant qu'antagonistes des intégrines .alpha.4.beta.1 et/ou .alpha.4.beta.7 et/ou .alpha.9.beta.1. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation de ces composés pour la production de compositions pharmaceutiques permettant d'inhiber ou de prévenir l'adhésion cellulaire et les troubles associés à une adhésion cellulaire. Ces compositions sont notamment destinées au traitement et à la prophylaxie de l'athérosclérose, de l'asthme, des bonchopneumopathies chroniques obstructives (BPCO), des allergies, du diabète, des maladies intestinales inflammatoires, de la sclérose en plaques, de l'ischémie myocardique, de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, des rejets de greffe et d'autres maladies inflammatoires, auto-immunes et immunes.
