ABSTRACT The present invention relates to parabolic antenna reflectors and processes for preparing the same. In the parabolic antenna reflectors of the present invention, a cycloolefin type random copolymer, a modified polyolefin polymer or a composition comprising a polyamide and a polyolefin is used as the resin which forms the back-up layer. According to the present invention, there can be provided parabolic antenna reflectors which are excellent in particularly interlaminar bond strength between the metallic layer and the back-up layer of the reflectors and do not cause delamination even when each layer is foamed or shrunk by heat cycle, etc., after molding. Moreover, the parabolic antenna reflectors are excellent in surface accuracy and in corrosion resistance, does not cause unevenness in radio wave reflection, can well retain radio wave reflectivity over a long period of time and be prepared with excellent moldability by a simple stage.
