A novel method of electrochemical detection of phosphate activity is revealed wherein 4-acetamidophenyl phosphate and N-hydroxy- 4-acetamidophenyl phosphate are used as substrates. The substrates are easy to prepare, offer good stability as a powder and in solution. Especially advantageous is the fact, that the hydrolysis products do not impair the surface activity of the measuring electrode, thus offering extended analytical range in assay/immunoassay applications.
Nouveau procédé de détection par voie électrochimique de l'activité du phosphate, selon lequel on utilise, à titre de substrats, le phosphate de 4-acétamidophényle et le phosphate de N-hydroxy-4-acétamidophényle. Les substrats sont faciles à préparer, et ils présentent une bonne stabilité sous forme pulvérulente et en solution. Il est tout particulièrement avantageux que les produits d'hydrolyse n'entravent point l'activité superficielle de l'électrode de mesure, ce qui permet d'étendre le champ de l'analyse dans les applications du type dosage/dosage immunologique.
