The processes and apparatus relate to paraffinic froth treatment, including adding paraffin to froth; separating into diluted bitumen and diluted tailings; separating the diluted tailings into solvent and solvent recovered tailings while providing an internal flowrate through the solvent recovery apparatus to inhibit formation of asphaltene mats.
