In a parallel Couette type viscous heater of the present invention, a stator is accommodated in the inside of a housing; and a heat-generating chamber and a water jacket (radiator chamber) which surrounds around it are provisionally formed. In the inside of the heat-generating chamber, a rotational driving rotor and the rotational driven rotor are rotatably provided; and around the outer peripheral portions of these, an orbital sheet as an end-free-state member is wound. Based on the orbital driving of the orbital sheet, the shearing of silicone oil (viscous fluid) which is existed at a clearance between an outer surface (shearing effecting surface) of the orbital sheet and an inner wall surface of the heat-generating chamber is conducted so that heat is generated there. Thus, the present invention has the structure in which it is easy to be mounted on a vehicle or other products and at the same time the present invention can provide a parallel Couette type viscous heater which exhibits an improved capacity of heat-generating while delaying the deterioration of the viscous fluid to the utmost.
Le dispositif de chauffage à fluide visqueux de type Couette parallèle de la présente invention comprend un stator logé dans un boîtier, lequel est entouré d'une chambre de production de la chaleur et une chemise d'eau (chambre de refroidissement). A l'intérieur de la chambre de production de la chaleur, un rotor d'entraînement et un rotor entraîné sont installés de manière à tourner, et autour des parties à la périphérie extérieure de ceux-ci, une feuille orbitale sous forme d'un élément d'extrémité libre est enroulée. D'après l'entraînement orbital de la feuille orbitale, le cisaillement de l'huile silicone (fluide visqueux) qui est expulsée dans l'espace entre une surface extérieure (surface effectuant le cisaillement) de la feuille orbitale et une surface de la paroi intérieure de la chambre de production de la chaleur est réalisé pour que la chaleur soit produite à cet endroit. La présente invention possède donc la structure permettant de l'installer facilement dans un véhicule ou ailleurs, et elle constitue également un dispositif de chauffage à fluide visqueux de type Couette parallèle qui démontre une plus grande capacité de production de chaleur, et elle peut en même temps retarder au maximum la détérioration du fluide visqueux.
