The present invention provides parallel methods for determining nucleotide sequences and physical maps of polynucleotides associ- ated with sample tags. This information can be used to determine the chromosomal locations of sample-tagged polynucleotides. In one embod- iment, the polynucleotides are delved from ge- nomic DNA coupled to insertion elements. As a result, the invention also provides parallel meth- ods for locating the integration sites of insertion elements in the genome.

L'invention concerne des techniques parallèles, permettant de déterminer des séquences de nucléotides et des cartes physiques des polynucléotides associés à des marqueurs d'échantillon. Ces informations peuvent être utilisées pour déterminer les implantations chromosomiques des polynucléotides marqués par un échantillon. Selon un mode de réalisation, les polynucléotides sont dérivés d'un ADN génomique couplé à des éléments d'insertion. L'invention concerne également des techniques parallèles permettant de localiser les sites d'intégration des éléments d'insertion dans le génome.
