ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to novel parent cell line for producing human hybridomas derived from human immunoglobulin synthesizing cells. This cell line is itself incapable of producing human immunoglobulin and is capable of fusing with human antibody-producing cells. The cell line is selective to human hybridomas and is capable of imparting high antibody productivity to human hybridomas.
