Parkdisc comprises of an exterior envelope measuring, approximately, 5"× 5" or any similar dimension up to a size not exceeding 24 inches by 24 inches or down to any size not less that 1 inch by 1 inch and containing an interior circular disk (or wheel) marked out in 15 minute or other time segments to represent a total time of 12 hours. The top edge of this interior disc (or wheel) is visible and may, or may not, have a serrated edge. It is designed as a motor vehicle driver/operator self disciplined device which registers the time of arrival of a motor vehicle at a designated motor vehicle (pre-designated and signed) parking place, area or space. Parkdisc includes any reasonable facsimile thereof, including but not necessarily restricted to, any similar device of geometric shape from which the disc portion has been removed thereby enabling the design to be used solely as a daily, weekly or other designated time period parking pass.
