The invention relates to a vehicle parking space payment method comprising at least one time recording machine (10) connected to a parking server (2). The inventive method comprises the following successive steps: a user with a mobile phone (20) that is subscribed to a mobile telephone network (3) calls said parking server (2) on a number that appears on said time recording machine; the server (2) automatically identifies the telephone number making the call and the telephone number being called and thereby deduces the relevant time recording machine (10) and the user's identity; the server (2) transmits an authorisation message to the time recording machine (10) so that the user can enter a parking time (11); the time recording machine issues a parking ticket (11) to the user; the time recording machine (10) communicates information to said server (2) concerning the parking time requested by the user; the server (2) charges the user for the parking time.

Procédé de paiement d'une place de stationnement pour un véhicule automobile, utilisant au moins un horodateur (10) relié à un serveur (2) de stationnement, comprend les étapes successives suivantes: un usager, muni d'un téléphone mobile (20) abonné à un réseau (3) de téléphonie mobile, appelle ledit serveur (2) de stationnement à un numéro d'appel figurant sur ledit horodateur; ledit serveur (2) identifiant automatiquement le numéro de téléphone appelant et le numéro de téléphone appelé, en déduit l'horodateur (10) concerné et l'identité de l'usager; ledit serveur (2) transmet un message d'autorisation à l'horodateur (10) pour que ledit usager puisse saisir un temps de stationnement (11); ledit horodateur délivre audit usager un ticket de stationnement (11); ledit horodateur (10) communique audit serveur (2) des informations concernant le temps de stationnement demandé par l'usager; ledit serveur (2) facture audit usager le temps de stationnement.
