The invention concerns a parking terminal (PK) comprising means for accessing at least one distant server (SV) via a predetermined communication network. The terminal further comprises a short-range communication module designed to converse through short-range radio frequency or short-range infrared channel with that of at least one remote terminal (HH) and routing means adapted to receive data coming from the remote terminal through that same channel (radio frequency or infrared) and to retransmit them to the remote server via the communication network and vice-versa.

La borne comprend en outre un module de communication courte portée apte à dialoguer par voie radiofréquence courte portée ou infra- rouge courte portée avec celui d'au moins un terminal distant (HH) et des moyens de routage aptes à recevoir les informations émanant du terminal distant par cette même voie (radiofréquence ou infra-rouge) et à les router à destination du serveur distant via le réseau de communication et réciproquement.
