A partially double stranded nucleic acid molecule for nucleic acid molecule detection, comprising a single stranded nucleic acid molecule (a) complementary for a nucleic acid molecule as a detection target and one or two single stranded nucleic acid molecules (b) hybridizing with part of the single stranded nucleic acid molecule (a), characterized in that regions of single stranded structure of the partially double stranded nucleic acid molecule are complementary for regions including identification site of the nucleic acid molecule as the detection target. Using of this nucleic acid molecule as a probe enables easily identifying of fine distinction of base sequence.
L'invention concerne une molécule d'acide nucléique partiellement double brin pour la détection de molécule d'acide nucléique. Cette molécule d'acide nucléique partiellement double brin comprend une molécule d'acide nucléique simple brin (a), complémentaire d'une molécule d'acide nucléique comme cible de détection, et une ou deux molécules d'acide nucléique simple brin (b), hybridée(s) avec une partie de la molécule d'acide nucléique simple brin (a). La présente invention se caractérise en ce que des régions de structure simple brin de la molécule d'acide nucléique partiellement double brin sont complémentaires de régions comportant le site d'identification de la molécule d'acide nucléique comme cible de détection. L'utilisation de cette molécule d'acide nucléique en tant que sonde permet d'identifier facilement une distinction subtile dans la séquence de bases.
