ABSTRACT A bleach particle is provided whose core is an intimately dispersed agglomerated mixture of a halogen bleaching a ent, an inorganic phosphate salt and a binder with melting point 85° to 120°F. In the preferred composition there is present dichloroisocyanurate, sodium tripolyphosphate and lauric acid, respectively. These core particles have a uniform round shape, are of high strength and obtainable in good yields.
