A particle emitting a fluorescence by irradiation of an infrared ray which comprises a granule containing a powdery material and, formed on the surface thereof, a coating layer containing a water-insoluble pigment emitting a fluorescence by irradiation of an infrared ray; the above particle further having good resistance to water, wherein the powdery material has a hydroxyl group and the coating layer further contains a resin binder having a group reacting with the hydroxyl group or wherein the granule further contains an anionic binder or a cationic binder and the coating layer further contains a cationic substance or an anionic substance, respectively; the above particle further emitting a fluorescence by irradiation of an ultraviolet ray, wherein the coating layer further contains a water-insoluble pigment emitting a fluorescence by irradiation of an ultraviolet ray; and a forgery preventing paper excellent in forgery preventing effect which comprises one or more of the above particles.
Cette invention concerne une particule à émission fluorescente par exposition à un rayonnement infrarouge, comprenant une granule qui renferme un matériau en poudre et, formée à la surface, une couche de revêtement renfermant un pigment insoluble dans l'eau qui émet une fluorescence lorsqu'il est soumis à un rayonnement infrarouge. La particule susmentionnée présente en outre une bonne résistance à l'eau. Le matériau en poudre renferme un groupe hydroxyle et la couche de revêtement contient également un liant de résine avec un groupe réagissant au groupe hydroxyle. La granule contient en outre un liant anionique ou un liant cationique. De plus, la couche de revêtement contient une substance cationique ou une substance anionique, respectivement. De plus, la particule susmentionnée émet une fluorescence par exposition à un rayonnement ultraviolet. La couche de revêtement contient également un pigment insoluble dans l'eau qui émet une fluorescence par exposition à un rayonnement ultraviolet. Le papier infalsifiable selon l'invention contient une ou plusieurs des particules susmentionnées.
