Said partition frame structure also provides a bottom horizontal levelling member which may be in continuous contact with an uneven floor and provides a continuous and aesthetically appealing appearance between adjacent wall panel members. A flat blade gap concealing means conceals the vertical gaps between adjacent wall panel members.
