The invention provides a tube with one or more partitions during manufacture of continuous tubing. One partitioned tube may replace two or more tubes in a multi-tube arrangement to provide a compact means for the simultaneous transportation of two or more fluids without intermingling the fluids. In the present process partitions may be created within a single tube with a series of bending and joining steps, while requiring only a single external tube seam.
