The invention concerns a bandpass filter in an optical waveguide. It includes at least one Bragg grating (BG1) that creates an interface between two modes of propagation. The grating step (s) is equal to the beat length of the two modes, creating a codirectional interface for modes LP01 and LPOi. Alternatively, the grating interfaces the LP01 mode with some contradirectional mode. At one point at least of the grating there is a zone (PS1) where a half-wavelength is omitted to create a phase shift of pi between the two interfaced modes.

Un filtre passe-bande, inscrit dans un guide d'onde optique, comporte au moins un réseau de Bragg (BG1) créant un couplage entre deux modes de propagation. Selon un mode de réalisation, le pas (s) du réseau est égal à la longueur de battement de ces deux modes, pour créer un couplage co-directionnel pour les modes LP01 et LPOi. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, le réseau couple le mode LP01 à un mode de radiation contradirectionnel quelconque. Il comporte, au moins en un point de ce réseau, une zone (PS1) où une demi-période du réseau est omise pour créer un déphasage de .pi. entre les deux modes couplés.
