A safety riding harness type belt for taking children or small adults on the back of recreational vehicles such as motorcycles, snowmobiles, Quads/ATVs. The device has a wide belt that wraps around the driver, which is attached to a padded separator block, which is in turn attached to a multiple point harness that includes a wide waist belt for the passenger. This arrangement attaches the driver and passenger, while at the same, keeps the passenger marginally spaced from the driver. In this manner, the driver does not have counterbalancing effects with which to contend since the driver and passenger by linkage, have to move in concert.
