0537L Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a passive dispenser for use in a toilet tank in which the solution to be dispensed is isolated from the water in the toilet tank. The dispenser comprises of in- ternal reservoir for storing a quantity of the solution, an upper ven- ting means having passive means to provide an upper air-lock, and discharge/refill conduit disposed below the upper venting means, the conduit comprising an air trap chamber and an air refill chamber connected by a transfer port so as to provide a lower air lock for isolating the solution from the water in the toilet tank.
