ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is disclosed a passive stray voltage reduction device comprising an input to be connected to a conducting object, the conducting object being in contact with ground, an output to be connected to an auxiliary ground rod, a first pair of series connected electrolytic polarized capacitors, connected to one another by positive junctions and connected between the input and the output, and a second pair of series connected electrolytic polarized capacitors, connected to one another by negative junctions and connected between the input and the output, the first and second pair of series connected capacitors being thus connected in parallel and capable of absorbing stray parasitic voltages. The circuit is used to reduce stray voltages in grounded farm equipment to reduce harm to farm animals.
