ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A household appliance for the production and extrusion of cold pastas comprises, in a single complex, the means re- quired for the mechanical preparation of the dough and the means required for its extrusion in the desired shapes and sizes. The apparatus for the mechanical preparation of the dough is designed to effect an additional impelling action against the prepared dough towards the means for its extrusion. In one form, the kneading and impelling means consists of one or more blades revolving on a vertical axis within a substantially cylindrical container and disposed at an acute angle relative to the bottom of the container in the direction of rotation. An aperture is provided for the adjustable connection of the container with the space for extrusion of the dough in the desired shapes and sizes. The extrusion means comprises a worm rotating in a hollow cylinder and against interchangeable terminal output dies.
