A cylindrical tube has a spray nozzle about halfway down. A slot extending about half way down the tube allows a paint brush or paint roller to be inserted into the enclosure, where it is cleansed by water sprayed from the nozzle. An internal rib reduces water outflow through the slot, while angling the spray downward reduces water outflow over the top of the tube.
