A patch comprising a support and, superimposed on one side thereof, a layer of noncrosslinked pressure sensitive adhesive (A) containing DMAE or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, characterized in that a layer of crosslinked pressure sensitive adhesive (B) is superimposed on the layer of noncrosslinked pressure sensitive adhesive (A). This patch enables enhancing the percutaneous absorption of DMAE or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and enables avoiding the problem of adhesive residue or adhesive overflow with respect to the pressure sensitive adhesive.

L'invention concerne un timbre transdermique comprenant un support et, superposée sur un côté, une couche d'adhésif autocollant non réticulé (A) contenant du DMAE ou un sel de DMAE, acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche d'adhésif autocollant non réticulé (B) est superposée à la couche d'adhésif (A). Ce timbre transdermique permet une augmentation de l'absorption percutanée de DMAE, ou d'un de ses sels, acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique, et permet ainsi d'éviter le problème de résidu ou de débordement de colle par rapport à l'adhésif autocollant.
