A protein-in-adhesive patch for transcutaneous immunization is described with at least four different components: (i) backing layer; (ii) pressure-sensitive adhesive layer adhering to the backing layer; (iii) at least one immunologically-active protein of an immunogenic formulation applied to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer opposite the backing layer and/or incorporated in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer such that the at least one protein is in contact with adhesive; and (iv) stabilizer which maintains the immunological activity of the at least one protein under ambient conditions.

La présente invention concerne un timbre adhésif d'immunisation transcutanée constitué d'au moins quatre composants différents : (i) une couche dorsale; (ii) une couche adhésive sensible à la pression, adhérant à la couche dorsale; (iii) au moins une protéine, active d'un point de vue immunologique, d'une formulation immunogène appliquée sur la couche adhésive sensible à la pression, opposée à la couche dorsale et/ou incorporée dans la couche adhésive sensible à la pression, de sorte qu'au moins une protéine est en contact avec l'adhésif; et (iv) un stabilisateur qui préserve l'activité immunologique d'au moins une protéine dans des conditions ambiantes.
