The present invention provides array systems that facilitate the simultaneous monitoring of many interactions between biological molecules. Biomolecule arrays according to the present invention provide a flexible and general tool and will alloy biological researchers to probe cellular protein interactions with high throughput. In certain embodiments, the present invention provides methods and arrays for analyzing biochemical pathways comprising the steps of forming an array of immobilized biomolecules; exposing said array to biomolecules in solution; and detecting modification of the immobilized biomolecules, modification of the biomolecules in solution, and/or binding of biomolecules in solution to immobilized biomolecules.
La présente invention concerne des systèmes de réseaux permettant de simplifier la surveillance simultanée de plusieurs interactions entre des molécules biologiques. Ledit procédé consiste à former un réseau de biomolécules immobilisées, à exposer ledit réseau à des biomolécules en solution, et à détecter une modification des biomolécules immobilisées, une modification des biomolécules en solution, et/ou une liaison de biomolécules en solution à des biomolécules immobilisées.
