A patient transport system for transporting a patient from a bed to a stretcher or vice versa, using a bed sheet (80) and a conveyor (200) attached to the bed (10) or the stretcher. A first end of the sheet is removably attached to the conveyor and a second end of the sheet is free. The sheet is adapted to be positioned onto the patient supporting member of the bed or stretcher. The conveyor includes a roller (42) received by bearings (44). The roller can be removably received by the bearings. The roller can also include a telescopic arrangement so that its length can be adjusted. A pawl and ratchet assembly can be provided on the conveyor to prevent unwinding of the conveyor. The sheet is removably attached to the roller by adhesive tape or a clip (202) arrangement. A flexible belt (206) attaches the clip to the conveyor and is removably secured to the roller. The clip includes a body member (210) having a recess with a plug (212) received therein.
L'invention concerne un système de transport de patient permettant de transporter un patient depuis un lit jusqu'à une civière ou vice versa, à l'aide d'un drap de lit (80) et d'un convoyeur (200) fixé au lit (10) ou à la civière. Une première extrémité du drap est fixée de manière amovible au convoyeur et une deuxième extrémité du drap est libre. Ce drap est adapté pour être positionné sur l'élément du lit ou de la civière supportant le patient. Le convoyeur comporte un rouleau (42) supporté par des paliers (44). Ce rouleau peut être supporté de manière amovible par les paliers. Le rouleau peut également comporter un agencement télescopique permettant de régler sa longueur. Un ensemble à cliquet peut être prévu sur le convoyeur afin d'empêcher son défilement. Le drap est fixé de manière amovible au rouleau par ruban adhésif ou système de pince (202). Une bande souple (206) fixe la pince sur le convoyeur et est assujettie de manière amovible au rouleau. Cette pince possède un corps (210) présentant un évidement dans lequel vient se loger un obturateur (212)
