The patterned spunlaced fabrics according to the invention are particularly useful as cleanroom wipers, robotic covers, food service wipes, and as covrstock for sanitary napkins, diapers, surgical body part bags, and the like. The invention also comprises a process of making the patterned spunlaced fabrics.
